We are Zach and Erika. Z and E. We are a twenty-something married couple. In March 2013, we purchased our first house and our dream house. A house in the Midwest, surrounded by tree lined streets, and in need of some fixing.... or love as we see it. We share our house with our two three four comical, but very loved, four-legged children - Oscar, the overly friendly dachshund, Kiki, the very proper once stray cat, the mischievous unfortunate luck cat Little Kitty Milo, and Beau the overly excited mini schnauzer.
We are DIY-ers at heart. Not necessarily professionals, but, with some YouTube video tutorials, research, Pinterest inspiration, and lots of enthusiasm, we are ready to give things a try! Since we do not live in our hometown anymore, we thought this blog would be a great way to show the continual work we have been doing around our house.
